CHALLENGE

In 2012, Easy Seat, a Connecticut based event ticket reseller, aimed to create profitable search, display, and remarketing PPC campaigns for ongoing ticketed events.

SOLUTION

Revamp existing PPC campaigns in order to sell more tickets at each pricing tier. Recommend and run ad messaging for Remarketing campaigns.

Test landing pages for design, pricing, and shopping cart changes in coordination with partner agency, Brandwidth.

Determine the messaging, structure, and timing of the email campaign. Set up tracking and audience segmentation.

RESULT

Sales increased by more than 300% from year 1 to year 2. The number of returning site visitors per month increased by more than 400%.

Cost per conversion for the ppc campaigns decreased by 84% by 2014.
